Hello there ! I really like your work and regularly visit you Tumblr. I wonder if you could draw Batman and Owl Griffin hugging each other and Batman says ” Here’s an owl I’m not sick of.” (reference to the court of owls). Thank you very much for reading my message !
And more Batgirl sketching. I decided not to bother showing the hair. It’s only asking for trouble when out crimefighting and whatnot.
Anonymous asked you:Is there any chance you would find it in your heart to sketch up a T-Rex as Batman? He’s not the crime fighting dinosaur I want, but the crime fighting dinosaur I need…
Though done in the past (http://tinyurl.com/3bqapmc), why the heck not?
I recently came across some set cars for The Dark Knight Rises and I was thoroughly excited to see that they were making parts of it right in my neighborhood.

Anyway, I thought about was how I was initially disappointed that Anne Hatheway was going to be Catwoman. Not that she’s a bad actress or anything. It just didn’t seem to gel with me. But then I thought: I had similar doubts when I found out that Heath Ledger was going to be the Joker, and look how that turned out. Whatever. Nolan has never failed me before, so I’m not about to doubt him now. Can’t wait to see it. Just give it already, man.
I have all these index cards laying around with nothing else to do with them. It’d be a shame to waste them.
Goodknight.
Some random doodles cuz I can’t sleep.
More of this Batman Beyond design. A fully enclosed face with no mouth would probably work for the exosuit. How often is Terry McGuinness going to be eating while wearing it anyway?
Up until this point, I never really gave the Batman Beyond suit much attention, and I really don’t know why. In any case, I didn’t want to make it look too exo-suit-y, since that crosses over too much into Iron Man territory, but obviously there has to be some mechanisms here and there, namely whatever deploys the wings that extend from the shoulder blades. The face is probably the hardest part, since the cartoon basically makes it look like a regular mask, even though it’s obviously some kind of super-strong smart fabric. In any case, concepts of this thing might show up here and there.
A while back, someone liked my T-Rex-riding Batman enough to put it on a cake! Glad Bubby got a kick out of it.

So the Tumbler is destroyed, and Batman was last spotted racing off on the batpod, but is there any room for a new batmobile this time around? I guess when it comes to Nolan’s Batman franchise, these things are petty details, since they’re very much about the story and characters, but I’m sure curious to see what new toys show up in The Dark Knight Rises. OK, so my concept might not exude the bat-ness of Batman, but it was on my mind.
