The Fire Spectre is usually insufferably irritable, but she tends to soften up if someone visits her for her birthday, which the owl griffin likes to do from time to time.

I didn’t have any specific cat in mind, but I did want him cat-like in appearance. As for other owl/feline mixed creatures, there’s always his close relative, the arboreal owl-faced microgriffin, which is the size of a small cat, and uses its short wings to jump between the trees.
